I've composed that piece last month a real cool and relax piece of music: As usual the influences of Kelly Joe Phelps are proeminent but even more in that on since the open tuning used is one of KJP.

Hello to all,
I am Jipes a 48 (soon 49) years old frenchan and I'm an amateur musician. I play guitar (acoustic and electric) for now more than 25 years. I'm a great fan of Blues and Soul music. I also have a strong love for acoustic music such as Folk or delta blues. My main influences are Ani Difranco, Kelly Joe Phelps and Chris Whitley.
Today I would just like to share with you one of my compositions which is called Helena. This song as well as the other that I'll post later are part of my new acoustic project. I hope to be able to reach approximately 12 originals songs and record my first CD, together with a saxophone player, a friend of mine Maxime.
